# TIME Blockchain

TIME Blockchain is the blockchain layer created for ANTTIME. It is built upon the foundation of time as an absolute asset and designed to connect the real world to the metaverse. The consensus algorithm of TIME Blockchain is Proof of Authority (PoA). All community members can participate in ANTTIME and contribute to TIME Blockchain, and those who contribute at a certain level become validators called TIME Provers, responsible for validating transactions and generating blocks.
