The TIME Blockchain generates blocks every 1 seconds, starting with an initial issuance of 11 billion TIME coins. Out of the initial issuance, 10 billion TIME coins are allocated for the ANTTIME ecosystem and distributed as rewards for user mining activities. The remaining 1 billion TIME coins are rewarded to the governance council members who have contributed to the TIME Blockchain ecosystem.
